Can I preview the ExperTech presentation? 

Yes, when you click on the title you will see Preview Now and Outline links on the lower left of the page.

How do I use my coupon?

If you have a coupon, you will have the opportunity to enter it after you start the Checkout process. Simply add the coupon code in the Coupon section of the Checkout process. 

Why do I need to provide my address during the purchase process?   

We use this information to validate your credit card.  

How do I download my ExperTech? 

After you place your order, you will receive two emails.  One is your receipt and the other has a download link embedded in the email.  The link is valid for twenty-four hours. Simply click on the link to start the browser- based download.  Note that depending on the ExperTech title and your Internet speed you can expect the download to take two to ten minutes.  

How do I start my ExperTech after downloading?

The ExperTech download is a zip file.  Right-click on the zip file, select Extract All, and choose where you would like the ExperTech title folder created (normally your desktop).  The procedure for extracting the files from the zip may vary depending on your operating system and file zip software.  To play your ExperTech presentation, double-click the Launch_Presentation program in the ExperTech title folder.  The ExperTech presentation will start immediately.

Macintosh users will view the presentation in their browser by clicking on the player.html file included in the zip.  The presentation uses Adobe Flash.  Depending on your browser settings, you may be prompted with a security warning. Click OK to continue.  You may also have to upgrade Adobe Flash.

Can I order an ExperTech CD?

No, we no longer sell individual CDs.  However, if you would like to buy bulk copies in any format including CD, you can send a request to store@hill.com and we can discuss details.
